It appears that some very powerful person is recruiting all the relatives to betray the engineer, after spreading fake defamatory rumors.
All the payments the engineer receives from/makes to relatives are either loans or loan repayment, there are no gifts.
Yet it appears that the powerful person is misleading the relatives with fake gift stories.
A relative who contacted after a long time, allegedly was collaborating with hackers and kept repeating that she had the password to the internet banking account.
The engineer had paid for the hospitalization expenses of another relative from a bank account, and the relative allegedly thought that in future she would be able to use the internet banking account for making payment.
The engineer usually keeps very less money in the internet banking account to reduce risk.
Soon afterwards the engineer fell seriously sick,most probably food poisoning, and the relative who was very active stopped communicating, indicating that the food poisoning attempt may be planned.
