More than 40 days after the death of actor Sushant Singh rajput, his father KK singh has filed a case in Patna against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and 6 others according to police reports.
The family claims that they did not file a formal complaint, because they were waiting for the Mumbai police investigation to get over.
However, it appears that they do not expect any justice now, since it is more than 40 days since the death, so they filed a complaint in Patna.
In Mumbai, the police may not take action against the big film companies and actors, since they are big celebrities in the city. So realizing that the Sushant singh may not be treated fairly in Mumbai, his family decided to file a complaint in Patna where the police would not fear the Mumbai celebrities and companies.
